In 2022, Brystal Rosensweig decided it was time to create something different. After spending years building and growing large consumer brands, Brystal left her corporate career behind and took a leap of faith to help grow companies and found BrandSpark.

Throughout her journey in the business world, she had the privilege of collaborating with founders and entrepreneurs, witnessing their determination and innovative ideas firsthand. This experience ignited a deep-rooted desire to be a guiding force for those striving to disrupt their industries and achieve greatness.

With extensive knowledge of consumer insights around US urban millennial psychology and purchasing behavior, she set out on a mission to help launch and grow beauty + wellness brands. She believes in brands that spark joy, that customers love to buy from and talk about.
